Keyboard Crazy is a typing game that helps children
to learn the layout of a computer keyboard and other functions encountered
in everyday use of a computer, using both the mouse and the keyboard, while
partaking in 19 different literacy games.
The games in this set are suitable for children from 5 - 8 years of age and teach upper and lower case alphabet, spelling, noun, verb and adjective recognition, and rhyming. The games allow children to store their best times in the 'Hall of Fame.'
New players of the game are automatically given the "Typing Test" game first to get a baseline score for their original typing speed. This is stored to enable a comparison to be made at a later date.

Note: With a site licence you can install the Keyboard Crazy software across your whole school network, and on any stand-alone machines, curriculum or admin, on the school premises. Teachers may install the software on any Laptops for Teachers machines, with a view that this facilitates their preparation of lessons.

As a direct result of the successes achieved with the Hardware version of
Keyboard Crazy, Keyboard Crazy have developed a Software version of Keyboard Crazy which can be purchased using your E-Learning Credits.
Schools can choose up to 16 free games when they purchase a Full School Licence. These games can be either Keyboard Crazy, Crazy Tables or a mixture of both.
